This watch along with its HR monitor and upload data gives a beginner athlete serious about getting in shape an excellent way of recording early benchmarks and watching/recording progress. The HR monitor is an excellent measure to help you understand your physiological level of fitness at a certain time in space and throughout a workout. Your watch and upload ant+ posts the data for your review. If you are serious about getting in shape or seeing if you can get to the next level, this watch will let you know when you get there. I used this kit over a two year period to train for my first sprint and Olympic triathlon. Then, unfortunately the watch strap broke and the ant+ device stopped working. It was disappointing. Timex repair however came to the rescue and repaired all at a very reasonable cost. I'm good to go for my third year of training and looking back on my previous years of data helps me stay motivated to keep charging ahead.

Bang for the buck - especially since I got it for half price. I got my newest Timex after passing my older one to one of our daughters. As the GPS watches are too big for my wrists, this is the most intuitive and user-friendly HRM for the price.

I got the 1.0 which I think is a good start. The compass kind of sucks and I wouldn't rely on it. Luckily, there is a little extra room for more band aids and probably a decent compass,, maybe even a few small fire starting things. As it stands, it's a lot more first aid and a lot less survival stuff. I wouldn't rely on it without modification. It's interesting, I have been hunting by myself for years with almost nothing in case something went wrong and luckily nothing ever has. And I've been up and down rocky hill sides and everything else, I'm just very careful. But after watching "I shouldn't be Alive," I've decided to prepare just in case. A lot of times, those people would have been fine with just a few key items.

The construction of the shoes is very nice however I'm disappointed with the sizing. I wear between an 8 1/2 and a 9 in normal shoes depending on the brand. I ordered a 9 in this shoe and it is very tight. So tight I would say it fits like a normal shoe size 8 on me.

just received the package and was dissapointed thst it only had a sleeve of 3 golf balls. in the ad it shows a box that would contain a dozen golf balls. that ad was very misleading!

Does it make my knee feel better and does it support it? Yes. On that front, I'd give it a 5, but there is no way to keep the top from rolling down, and I hate that. I end up folding it over (like a cuff) which is a bit bulky and binding. I use it when my knee is hurting badly, but I had hoped this would be better than the one I have with the velcro straps and hole in the knee. That one slips down. I'm still looking for that perfect knee support. This one just isn't it.

This item is not correctly sized, in other words if you normally wore a size 4-6 the small would still be way too small.

I don't understand how a good idea could be so off in sizing. The delivery was excellent, very timely.

I do not have the time to send things back so I had to have someone alter it for me. Therefore, I

should have bought something locally and avoided the hassle.

These sandals are very narrow and seem to run a little small. I have used them for fitness walking and they work well. Also have used them at the beach, not too bad.

One of the least reliable devices I have owned, especially considering the price. It is both unfortunate and surprising, considering Suunto's excellent reputation. After almost a year of countless re-sets and battery replacements, I found the Wahoo Blue HRM belt (only works with the iPhone 4s) and never looked back. Sent the t6d back for service and plan to eBay it! Lesson learned.

Girlfriend picked this out because she liked the look.

It arrived quickly and was new with plastic. It is very shiny and has a nice finish to it.

It's kept the correct time so far and seems to be still working fine after a couple of months.

The watch is quite small and petite which suits my girlfriend, but if your eyesight is not so good you will be squinting to read the time.

I brought these shoes do rain forrest wterfall hike in Puerto Rico.They are comfortable and light.I do recommend you let them sit out in sun to dry because it will take a minute to dry out.Overall these are great shoes.

Keen Newport sandals are great for the most part. Good fit, comfortable and versatile.

I purchased one <6months ago and used it twice - a beach trip and a hiking trip and i followed the care instructions afetr both the trips. I noticed yesterday that the stitches seem to be coming off on the backstrap. I am definitely going to contact Keen to let them know and see how they can help me.(i will keep you posted)

I am disappointed with the quality of stitches. A footwear designed mostly for rugged outdoor type of usage should not have this issue.

When I've read the only t6d review on Amazon I was assailed by doubts. But in fact it's a great watches. No issues with display -- contrast is good enough for me and back light is sufficient to easily read it in darkness.

Pros:
- A LOT OF FEATURES
- good looking design and very good build quality
- very comfortable (both watches and belt)
- flexible configuration -- you can personalize it for your needs, e.g. one display mode for running and another one for cycling

At the moment the only shortcoming I found is barometric altimeter. Altitude measurement seems to be quite inaccurate -- at exactly the same place it shows 170m on one day, and 120m on the other. I suppose it depends very much on the weather. But it is not an issues for me, as the only thing I need is measuring ascent/descent difference during single training, and during one single day it shows same numbers.
